The first night our A/C was not working which is not a good thing in Florida in the month of June.

Bed was comfortable and beach access was good.

Too many people being rowdy in pool and pool water much too hot!

The jacuzzi room was beautiful and so was the beach

Someone smoked on the balcony prior to our visit and the cigarette bucks were still on the floor of the balcony. The pool was on the smaller side

The staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms was very clean and updated I would definitely come back

Nice staff. Perfect location. Walk right out the back to a pretty secluded beach area.

There was some construction going on and the room felt a little muggy but it is a beach hotel. Ocean view suites looked amazing but I had a cheaper room.

The people working here were great, nice and always very helpful and accomodating to any needs we had! And can't beat the location.

Only negative would be that I had to go through and wipe thin layer of dust off of mini fridge and around microwave,and a/c unit and sand/ dirt not regularly vacuumed from corners and edgeing. Not normally a huge deal but when traveling with small children who like to touch everything and put things in their mouth it can be problematic!

Excellent service by the staff. Very comfortable beds. Good water pressure. Great amenities. Good sized balconies. Outstanding location on the beach, in walking distance to several restaurants.

The balcony was dirty and we had to clean it before using it.

Bed was comfortable and room was very nice.

I did not like how much I paid for beach side room when all you see is sand dunes and way far out on the water. Also price is a little high overall.

During my business stay, I found the staff to be supportive and attentive. They efficiently assisted with my inquiries and provided recommendations for local dining options. The location, just a short walk to the beach, proved convenient for a relaxing evening after work. The breakfast selection was adequate for my needs, offering both hot and cold choices.

Some areas could use improvement in cleanliness.

It was centrally located Staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was less than we expected. Only 2 or 3 hot items and the rest cold. I expected more choices.

This place suits me perfectly! Great wi-fi, a relaxing outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception make my stays enjoyable. I remember the staff helping me find a valuable item on my first visit, which shows their dedication. Highly recommend it for a romantic escape!

A huge variety of tasty food for continental breakfast. Updated, neat rooms and renovated bathrooms. Location close enough to all the great St Augustine restaurants and shops in the tourist section, the pizzeria, and a beautiful, quiet beach and across the street from great restaurants.

The staff were unbelievably friendly and made sure we felt right at home. We really enjoyed the breakfast with the make-your-own waffles and fresh fruit, but the highlight was the balcony overlooking the beach, just perfect for sipping drinks at sunset.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the experience, it was still worth it.
